Double exposure photography series exploring the unpredictability of film. Two moments combined into one, creating unexpected layers and visual narratives.

I wanted to see what happens when you lean into the unpredictability of film. By layering two shots onto a single frame, I was looking for a story that didn't exist in the real world. There was no way to know what would come back from the lab, not knowing if the frames would merge or fight each other. In the end, the appeal was the lack of control, allowing the overlap to create something entirely new.
